The Out of Office app is a comprehensive tool designed to assist HR Managers and Project Managers in efficiently managing employee leave requests and project assignments. The app facilitates the organization and approval process of leave requests, ensuring that HR Managers can effectively monitor and control employee absences. Additionally, it enables Project Managers to oversee project assignments and manage team members’ availability, ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately. Each manager is responsible for handling the leave requests and projects of the employees assigned to them, providing a streamlined and transparent management experience.
